• You will not be eligible for free tickets if you cancel the original ticket
• You will need to avail the free tickets within 30 days of booking the original ticket and the travel date also must be within 7 days of booking the free ticket
• There should be a minimum 7 day gap between travel dates of original booking and the travel dates of the free ticket.
• You will need to enter the booking Id of the original ticket in the deal code section when booking your free ticket
