To avail this cashback the return bus tickets should be booked on the same day for onward and return journey on the same route. The cash back amount will be credited within 7 working days from the date of making the booking. The cash back shall be credited to the same credit card/bank account/any other payment instrument as was used for the purpose of making the purchase and will be reflected in the monthly credit card/bank account statement.

Under this offer, only 5 cash back transactions are permitted per month per credit card/debit card/cash card/bank account. The first 5 transactions in a month will be eligible for the cash back. Cancellations will be allowed on the tickets booked during promo and will attract normal cancellation charges. If the cardholder cancels the bus ticket during the offer period, the cancellation penalty will be deducted from the fare paid by the customer and the balance amount will be refunded. No cash back will be processed for canceled tickets. In case one leg of the return journey is cancelled, the tickets do not qualify as a return booking and hence no cash back will be processed.
