How do I use an E-Coupon?
To avail a discount, a customer needs to put the E-Coupon number given as it is in the E-Coupon text box on the review page. Note: the email used must be the same used to book the flight or bus ticket from which the E-Coupon was generated.

My E-Coupon does not seem to be working. What shall I do?
An E-Coupon will not work in the following scenarios:

1) If its validity period has expired

2) the email put is not the same one that was used to book the flight/bus ticket 3) E-Coupon number is fed incorrectly.
