You can not just rely on online stuff for your preparation. You MUST buy the books. Online material is good only as additional practice material.

It is also a good habit to keep reading newspapers and magazines in free time. I think if you put 4 hours each day one month of preparation should be enough to get above 20 in the TOEFL ibt.
